Progressing, but without timeline
Dulin, who tore his ACL during training camp last season, said Wednesday that he still doesn't have a timetable for his return to full football activities, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Dulin is feeling good and doing work on the field, which at least notes that he's making progress on some level in his recovery from knee surgery. The 26-year-old probably would have operated as the team's No. 4 wideout had he been healthy in 2023, and he'll likely be competing for the same role in 2024 once he's back to 100 percent.

Fantasy managers received some clarity on a few key quarterback rooms Friday, headlining the news that Dan Marcus covers for the day.
With Anthony Richardson on board, the Colts appear to have a long-term answer at quarterback for the first time in a half decade. RB Jonathan Taylor and WR Michael Pittman are around to ease in the rookie.
Latest Fantasy Rumors
Making impact in training camp
Dulin has been the Colts receiver to most consistently stand out in training camp thus far, Tommy Garrett of Pro Football Network reports.
ANALYSIS
There's naturally plenty of attention on the potential top duo of Michael Pittman and rookie second-round pick Alec Pierce as well as oft-injured but talented incumbent Parris Campbell. However, Garrett notes it's Dulin that's flashed most often in practices thus far, with the fourth-year wideout's most recent highlight play coming on a deep connection with Matt Ryan against a Cover 3 defense in Thursday's practice.

2021
Dulin's 2022 season got off to a strong start and he appeared to be gaining traction as the Colts' No. 2 or No. 3 receiver, but then he hurt his foot. He had 12 receptions for 168 yards on 18 targets over his first five games, but after missing the next four games with the injury, he was limited to just three receptions for 39 yards in six games upon his return to the lineup. Dulin's late-season fade puts his role for 2023 in question. He'll compete with Isaiah McKenzie and 2023 third-round draft pick Josh Downs for the Colts' third- and fourth-receiver roles. Dulin has been an impact player on special teams, so he should find a spot on the roster in any scenario.
