RB Overview
Role Security: Very High
03/20/24 James Conner is expected to dominate work on early downs as well as in the red zone. Michael Carter ended the 2023 season as the primary backup, which included work on passing downs. Carter will likely go into training camp with an edge over the No. 3 RB, Emari Demercado.
WR Overview
04/26/24 Marvin Harrison was selected with the fourth pick in the 2024 draft. Harrison should immedately step into the lead receiving role. Michael Wilson is the favorite to line up as a starter across from Harrison. Wilson should play in a full-time role. Greg Dortch and Chris Moore currently are likely in competition for the lead slot role. Based on his experience with the team, Dortch could have the lead for the No. 3 role heading into training camp.
TE Overview
03/20/24 Trey McBride is the lead TE and is expected to play a full-time role. Elijah Higgins could see occasional snaps and targets.
