DraftKings NHL: Tuesday Picks

DraftKings NHL: Tuesday Picks

This article is part of our DraftKings NHL series.

GOALIE

Sergei Bobrovsky, CLM vs. NJD ($7,900): The Devils have been road warriors this season with a 9-3-2 record and 3.37 goals per 60 minutes. However, Bobrovsky is matchup proof, and Columbus has won five consecutive home games. Plus, the reigning Vezina Trophy winner enters with a high-end .931 save percentage, and he could fly under the radar.

CENTER

Brayden Point, TAM vs. NYI ($5,600): The second-year center has missed the scoresheet in six of his past 10 contests, so he enters in underwhelming form. However, Point notched an assist last time out and is projected to skate with Nikita Kucherov and Ondrej Palat at five-on-five. It's an intriguing trio, and the Islanders have allowed 3.29 goals per 60 minutes.

Bryan Little, WPG at DET ($4,800): With four goals, 10 points and 23 shots through his past 11 games, Little is beginning to find his offensive groove. He's settled in between wingers Nikolaj Ehlers and Patrik Laine, and the veteran center is also averaging 2:14 of power-play time per game with the second unit. Additionally, the Red Wings are reeling along a seven-game losing streak with a league-high 5.07 goals against during the skid.

WING

Jonathan Marchessault, LAS vs. ANA ($6,800): The Ducks are surrendering the most high-danger scoring chances per 60 minutes (13.49), and Marchessault has collected six goals, 15 points and 40 shots through his past nine games. Additionally, with a cushy matchup, the late-blooming scorer offers a high-floor, high-ceiling combo. He could also carry a low ownership percentage.

Jake Guentzel, PIT vs. NYR ($5,600): The sophomore enters with six goals, eight points and 20 shots through his past six contests and lands in a strong matchup. New York has surrendered the second most high-danger scoring chances (12.81) per 60 minutes. Guentzel has also been reunited with Evgeni Malkin and Phil Kessel at five-on-five and the trio has connected for an impressive 5.18 goals per 60 minutes over the past two seasons.

Joe Blandisi, ANA at LAS ($3,000): Expected to skate with Adam Henrique and Corey Perry on the top line, Blandisi is a low-priced option to consider without sacrificing upside. The 23-year-old forward has posted solid numbers in lower levels and owns the offensive skills to cash in on his new role. The Golden Knights have also allowed 16 goals through their past four games.

DEFENSE

Rasmus Ristolainen, BUF at COL ($4,600): After recording two assists in his first game back from a nine-game absence due to an upper-body injury, Ristolainen has missed the scoresheet in each of the past four contests. However, he still recorded 12 shots and 10 blocked shots while averaging 25:26 of ice time (3:26 with the man advantage) per outing during the point drought. His huge role and cross-category production offer an excellent floor, and Ristolainen also owns plenty of offensive upside.

Samuel Girard, COL vs. BUF ($3,200): Projected to receive top-pairing minutes and skate with the No. 1 power-play unit, Girard is a solid value option at this salary, and there aren't many defenders in his price range with a similar role. It's also a soft matchup with Buffalo losers of 11 of its past 12 games and allowing the most goals per 60 minutes in the league.
