Dismissed from Rutgers
A Rutgers spokesman confirmed Sunday that Bailey was dismissed from the program in January after being charged of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in Texas last July, Keith Sargeant of NJ.com reports.

The Denton County Sheriff's Office officially charged Bailey on Dec. 29 after concluding its investigation. The sophomore receiver appeared in nine games for Rutgers in 2017, recording nine receptions for 122 yards and a touchdown. Bailey also saw action at defensive back and on special teams, finishing with 11 tackles, one sack and one fumble recovery.
