Both are free agents in my league. I've got an open bench spot and after this week they both look quite enticing. Any advice on who I should pick up?

Kazmir got injured yesterday . Not sure what his status is yet.

Good point. They've been saying it's the same issue as in spring training and shouldn't hinder much. However, if this is a lingering issue, it seems possible that it may lead to some extended DL time in the future.

I think Kasmir is better. If you don't need him this week grab him. Oakland Coliseum is vast in foul territory which is ideal for a pitcher.

I'd go with the guy with the 97 mph fastball over the guy who started 2013 in the Independent Leagues. I don't trust Kazmir, and I never will. Richards has some serious upside if he can learn how to pitch...
