I've been offered James Shields at 31 and Melky Cabrera at 20 for Anibal Sanchez 5 and Aaron Hicks 4. I'm in a 10 team AL only keeper league where you can extend a contract after year 2 at 5 dollars per year. I'm worried about Sanchez arm, my team is tied for first, and I've been killed by injuries. Moreland, Reyes, price, Sanchez, ogando, Brett Anderson all on DL at same time. Ame of these guys are starting to trickle back but I'm losing ground. Should I make this trade? My opponent is bailing and looking for keepers.

I hear you. It goes a little deeper than just salaries, I've never won this league in 10 plus years and I have a good opportunity to do so this season, so I guess in the short term, which is this season, you still think I'd be making a bad move?

I always say go for the win but I think you would be fine with what you have especially when your injured players start coming back
