I love when guys on MLB Network ask things like, "who would you rather have?"

I know Harvey is the new big thing, and I'm a fan, too. However, this will put things in perspective....

Clayton Kershaw is only 373 days older than Harvey. He's got 909 Ks, 58 wins and  a Cy young over him. What Kershaw has done to this point is incredible. He just turned 25 about a month ago.

I'd take Kershaw over any pitcher in baseball....and I'm a Tigers/ Verlander fan.

Couldn't agree more. Kershaw is fantastic and he's only going to get better.

Harvey looks fantastic. So far he has pitched the best of them but Kershaw has the resume and he is awesome!

Harvey has to do it for a few more years before we have this conversation.

It's an insult to Kershaw to even put Harvey in that conversation.  I think a lot of Harvey and I even drafted him this year.  He may eventually get there but he definitely has a lot more to prove before he can be mentioned in the same breath as Kershaw.
