16 team x 2 (16 ea in AFC & NFC, but player universe resides in full in both Comferences)

40 player roster w/8 additional TS Rks or Sophs

Start QB, 1-2 RB, 3-5 WR, 1-3 TE, PK, PN, 1 DT, 2 DE, 2-4 LB, 2-3 CB, 2-3 S

Off-season FA auctions and Rk draft keep league active through the offseason. Need a challenge, this could help. Rules such as only 2 WW trannies a week and 1 FCFS between Thur morning through Thur night make player pool a capable asset with 16 teams.
