Customized Player Rankings

   Quick Question:

I always use the customized player rankings for a league i am in, and i noticed this year that the values are crazy weird. Like it has some closers that are good (Betancourt) for 0 dollars and then Kimbrel for 20 dollars. I know Kimbrel is the top guy, but he isn't 20 dollars good. Last year, Kimbrel was 11 dollars using the same settings.

Is there something wrong with it? Is it being weird because the predictions havent been made yet? 

Can some please shed some light on the situation... Thanks!
