This is a 12 team, 5 x 5, keep 23 league, with no contracts to worry about. You can keep guys forever. I've listed my cuts after the lineup. Would you do anything different? Oh, and I have the first pick in our draft, so I could potentially take one of my own guys back.

If you are counting on Ogando as a reliever i think you would be better served by going with Robertson. He has a higher K/9 and is the likely successor to Mo in case he goes down again...
2013 ZiPS on Ogando looks to be fairly strong to slightly above average --> 135.3 IP ; 3.72 ERA ; 117 K ; 25 GS Ogando will likely be on a innings count like Strasburg last year, but he has upside as a starter. other than that, it looks great |

I would drop Kemp, Tulo,Bruce, Fielder,Price, and Cain.

Well, I'm expecting Ogando to be in the rotation, but he's relief eligible, which is never a bad thing. Funny how with 23 keepers you can still have more guys you want to keep.
