Should I trade Matt Ryan, Trent Richardson and Torry Smith for Ray Rice and Mike Wallace?I have RGIII and Romo on the bench.
My Roster is below, standard ESPN league and it is not a PPR League.

	I would make that trade because it makes your team better. Wallace may be a slight upgrade on Smith, but Rice will be your best RB by quite a margin. It would be hard to give up Ryan (who I am lower on than most folks), but I think either Romo or RGIII will be fine. McGahee/Johnson aren't a great RB2, but maybe you can come up with a better RB2 later in the season.
