   Should I trade Matt Ryan and Trent Richardson for Ray Rice? 
I have RGIII on the bench.
My Roster is below, standard ESPN league and it is not a PPR
League.

	I say no...you're sitting pretty with Trent, Willis and a CJ2k sighting instead of a CJ0K this week. Personally I'd find whoever has the worst QB in the league and sell high on RGIII for an elite WR. That's just me, but I'd be happy to sit tight with Matt Ryan and Romo. 	i'd offer RGIII and Richardson for Rice maybe...but not Ryan. The Falcons have been very pass-happy so far this year, and i dont think that will change much

	It depends on the team...I'd pick the WR1 on a team with an iffy QB. If you can't get them than shop it a little. You obviously want to shoot high and try to bargain. Even if you get a WR2 and a solid flex player. I'd be happy to plug in Ryan and never look back so if that's the case RGIII is useless to you,or vice versa. Get something for one of those two and keep romo as your backup.
